Do I have to register to access your services?
Most of our services can be consulted by everyone. A short free registration is provided only for those who intend to make purchases.
However, some of our services or offers are only visible to registered users only.
What is a newsletter?
The newsletter is a personalized information service via email. Subscription to the newsletter allows you to automatically receive emails containing short news and offers reserved for newsletter subscribers such as discount coupons or exclusive offers.
What use will be made of my personal data?
Your data will be used above all to communicate information relating to your order request, to send invoices or communications relating to the order and possibly, by consent, to receive the newsletter.

How can I buy?
After proceeding with the registration, just click on the cart related to the product of interest. Once the products have been added to the cart, the guided checkout procedure begins. It is possible to pay instantly with Paypal or credit cards, or by choosing the Bank Transfer option, the order will be held pending until there is an authorization from the bank.
In order to process the order, if you are a fiscal resident of ITALY it is necessary to indicate all the data required for electronic invoicing:
- Name and Surname + Fiscal Code for private users
- Company name + VAT number + UNIQUE CODE for companies
If you are not a fiscal resident of ITALY but you live inside the European Union, it is necessary to indicate:
- Name and Surname for private user (in this case you'll have to pay ITALIAN VAT)
- Company name + Name and Surname + VIES VAT number (in this case ITALIAN VAT won't be added)
For Shipping outside the Europea Union additional Custom taxes may be added.

How to register?
Access to SHOP HOTEL SERVICE sales offers are reserved exclusively for registered users.
Registration is quick, free and without obligation.
To register, you must communicate your personal data (name, surname, address, email ...) as well as a personal password.
We undertake to treat all personal and confidential information relating to the registration and purchase phases with the utmost confidentiality and in full compliance with the privacy law.

Forgot password. How can I do?
In case you have forgotten your password, click on "Forgot your password?" From the login page, enter the email address associated with your account.
A verification code will be sent to you. As soon as you receive it, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.
How can I change my password?
To change your password, enter the "Profile" section and click on "Personal data and password". Click on "update" after entering the old password, the new one and its confirmation in the space provided.
How can I place an order?
Choose the product you want to buy and add it to the cart following the instructions we will give you during the purchase process. Once an online sale has been closed, operators will no longer be able to make changes and cancellations for orders in progress.
Can I change my order after confirming it?
No. It is not possible to change the order after system confirmation.

If you have already received the order confirmation by email, it is no longer possible to proceed with the cancellation.

Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. After your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation.
Will you inform me when the order will be shipped?
Certainly. As soon as the goods are dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation via email.
Where do you ship?
We ship throughout Italy with a fixed rate for products that can be ordered in stock, for some bulky products or for large quantities a supplement may be required.

How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping within Italy by express courier has a cost of 9.50 + VAT and is free for orders over € 300.00.

Where should I insert the discount coupon?
In the cart summary page (order), in the right column of the "Order Summary", enter the coupon code in the "PROMO CODE" box and press "ADD".
